Study Phase

Initially, Eamar Steel studies and reviews the engineering drawings through the company’s technical office before execution, in order to identify the design loads and review the structural system designated for the project. If any design errors or inconsistencies between the actual loads and the drawings are observed, the supervising engineering office or the owner is notified, and the appropriate technical proposal is submitted to the owner or consultant.

Implementation phase

The company specializes in the construction of commercial towers, hospitals, hotels, residential buildings, government buildings, and steel works, under the continuous supervision of the company’s technical office. The company employs qualified technical and professional teams to complete all works in accordance with the required specifications, standards, and quality requirements of the supervising authority.
